We pride ourselves on being a company offering excellent personalized service to our clients, with many fee structures to meet everyone's needs. We currently have multiple property managers on staff, with leasing agents, customer service and accounting to help every owner and tenant with each of their needs.

Getting Started

If you are not currently under contract with another property management or real estate company, we can begin right away. If you are currently under contract, you will need to terminate their services according to your agreement with them. We are happy to pick up keys, security deposits and necessary documents from the discontinued company. At your request, we will either email or mail you a complete start up package. Once you have completed all necessary forms and returned those to us, we will get started. We will need a copy of your landlord tenant insurance policy for our records and you will need to add Homewood Asset Management, LLC as an additional insured on the policy. This will cost you no additional money and it will guarantee that we receive renewal or cancellation notifications in a timely fashion.

Fees

Homewood Asset Management charges no set up fee. Management fee is 8% on all single family homes and town homes properties. There is a leasing commission paid by the owner after the property is rented to the referring agent. Discounts available for multiple properties.
